Our Wines

Authentic and delicate, the heart and soul of the land.
It was first produced from the 2019 harvest and truly reflects the essence of this land. Mainly produced from native Corvina and Corvinone grapes, it displays all the features of these grapes and of the land on which they are grown. An agile and well-balanced wine, bright ruby red in colour, with a vibrant freshness.

A harmonious blend of aromas and flavours: it is a cru wine, but doesn’t know it.
A dynamic wine with a mineral character and aromatic complexity, produced from perfectly ripe grapes of the highest quality harvested from our Campo Bianco, a special vineyard with a calcareous soil and perfect exposure. It is aged in large French oak barrels, which enhance its varietal character.

Character and intensity, instantly appealing to the palate.
The so-called “Ripasso” technique (meaning that the wine is re-fermented on the lees) enhances the combination of the freshness of Valpolicella and the richness of Amarone. After being left to rest in casks, it develops spicy notes and silky tannins, which are perfectly balanced with its fresh and fruity aromas, making it ideal for ageing. Smooth and structured on the palate, it has a strong character.

Elegance, complexity and richness defy time.
The grapes are carefully selected by hand, and only sparse, perfectly healthy bunches are brought to the drying room. A complex and elegant wine, powerful and velvety on the palate, it harmoniously combines fruity aromas, sweet spices and balsamic notes.

The pink elegance of our native grapes
Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella are dressed in pink and, after a slow fermentation of two weeks and aging in steel tanks, they give us an elegant and delicately complex wine. Floral notes anticipate a fresh and citrusy, slightly spicy palate. Refined and versatile, it is perfect as an aperitif or combined with summer dishes.

The great expression of a small historical “cru”
With the 2021 vintage Metronis comes, our interpretation of the Garganega grape. From over forty-year-old vines in a small historical parcel with low yields, we harvest a concentrated fruit rich in noble compounds that enhance its characteristics in a late harvest. Partly aged in acacia wood, Metronis is a white wine with an identifying aromatic profile and an enveloping and structured palate. A year-round wine with a high aging potential.
