On Sunday 5 February, in conjunction with the 19th edition of Opera Prima, we had guests Sarah Marsh and Matt Steeves, two great professionals and profound connoisseurs of the world of wine. The tasting, articulated by Marco Signorini, involved a comparison tasting of the three vintages 2019, 2020 and 2021 of our Valpolicella Superiore Campo Bianco, Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone and Amarone Riserva and Selezione. A journey in search of the different expressions and characteristics of our territory.
